Getting "warning motion tile cannot allocate a buffer larger than 30000 pixels in either dimension"?

Read a few other questions about similar issue but no help.

 

I had Motion Tile applied to clip but it needed to be at the top of my effects. I moved it up but then when I tried to play I got the message shown in the tile. I thougt it could be because I accidentally cranked up a setting super high but it was actually the same as it was as motion tile on all my other clips.

Cant't figure out why this is happening and it's obviously inconvenient, anyting helps.

Your Motion Tile settings are too large. Try reducing the size of the expanded layer.
