Frankly I don't know what I must call this problem!

glitch, pixel or anything else

it's been about 2 months that I face this problem

fixing it isn't hard at all, these blocks disappear if I zoom in or out a bit.

I used to think it's just a bug and it isn't important until I faced it in illustrator as well and it scared me!

I just wanna know if it is a hardware problem or not

does anybody else experienced this?

Yes, it's a hardware problem that can be easily fixed by installing an updated, compatible graphics driver in a majority of cases.
