Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind sharing more information:

  1. What is the exact version of After Effects are you using: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-find-the-exact-version-of-after-effects-you-...
  2. Do you see any information regarding GPU if you go to After Effects Preferences > Previews > GPU Information?
  3. Please share a screenshot of the GPU driver version installed on your computer: https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/how-to-check-nvidia-driver-version-easily/

Let us know, we're here to help.

Thanks for sharing the details. Looks like there's an update available for your GPU driver (27.20.100.8236). Here's you can download it from: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/96551/Intel-HD-Graphics-620

Here's how to install it: https://www.intel.in/content/www/in/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html

I'd recommend to verify the installation from Device Manager.

Once done, go to After Effects Preferences > Previews > GPU Information and share a screenshot.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Nishu
