Green flickering on preview screen

I get this green flickering effect while trying to look at my work.
I was trying to import illustrator file to after effects and when i put a layer onto the timeline this happen.

I then use a Jpeg file and that did the same thing

I also used it on premiere and it did the same thing.

I also change the mercury playback and it did the same thing.

It should be because your computer ran out of memory while rendering. You can try changing specs from your computer, or else search up some tutorials on youtube.
