Gros problème After effects

Bonjour,
cela fait 2 jours que le problème que je vous expose se répète, je n'arrive pas a trouver de solutions et j'espère que vous pourrez l'aider: je vais des montages vidéo sur After effects 2017 et a chaque fois environ 20 min après le début du montage, tout mes clips affiche un problème du type (voir image pièce jointe) comme s'il y avait un bug TV ou je ne sais quoi, s'il vous plait j'ai besoin d'aide

Well, you have a system warning about deconnecting volumes there. To me the the answer therefore is obvious - your removable drives go into hibernation and thus drag down your other disk operations, including your AE media sources and possibly the cache. Nothing to do with AE, really. You need to make this stuff behave at the system level. An exursion to your Disk Utility  and your power saving options might be advisable.
