Help in retrieving crashed file

Work file and autosave versions (around 5 versions) have crashed. Unable to recover the files.

Kindly get back considering it a priority.

Which version of After Effects are you using exactly - 17.1.2?

Looking at your computer specs, it seems like you're using an underpowered machine that doesn't meet the system requirements.

Hi again, visakhs14776952.

I'm able to open "Scene_1 &2 auto-save 17" but not "Scene 2". I've sent "Scene 2" to an engineer to see if he would be able to recover it somehow.
