How could I fix the language?

How could i fix it.

Your subscription entitles you to Chinese Simplified product versions. Please verify the language settings in your OS, browser, and software download are set to Chinese Simplified. If you continue to have installation issues, please contact support. {www.adobe.com/go/support}

1. Uninstall app
2. Change CC preferences (hamburger menu) Creative Cloud > App language    e.g. 简体中文
3. So to Settings (wrench icon)
4. Install the desired language in the Language Settings Set that language to the display language for your windows machine
5. Change the Regional settings
6. Set system locale to that language (which is hidden in the Administrative Language Settings – very important for Asian languages)
7. Restart machine. (if there’s any issues you might need to uninstall all other versions of AE you have on your machine, and then set CC to use that new language)
