Hi, editing out fluff!

Hi, I know how to rubber stamp/clean up photos but how to clean out fluff in video?

Super keen to find a way in after effects or premiere.  Will I need to clean each frame?  Fortunately short video.....

Thanks

Myf

Hi Myf,

Thanks for reaching out.

Content-Aware Fill is a good feature to remove objects from a video. Could you share a short clip with us so that we can have a better idea of what you're trying to remove?

We're here to help.

Thanks,

Nishu

Top left of rectangle is a line I need to erase and there are a few other moments where the light shines up on a few instances of fluff.

How to erase?

content-aware fill?  I still will need to buy the software.

Thanks for your help.

Please wait for you tube processing - still pixelated. Sorry.

Second example of fluff, please wait for best version, you tube seems pixelated to start with.

Thanks for sharing the videos, Myf. Are you referring to the line which I highlighted in the screenshot? If so, I don't think you'd need to use Content-Aware Fill or Roto instead you can just create a black solid and mask it using the Pen tool covering the line.

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks Nishu,

In fluff number 2 video, also posted, there is quite a bit of fluff if you
look.

I may need to buy AE or Premiere. And get further help.

Thanks for help so far. I will look at the pen tool - what program do you
suggest?

Thanks very much
