Hello can anyone tell me how I could create this? Where the camera moves and the text and images animate.

Some of the camera moves are in-camera. In other words, the camera is moving.

When the actor shifts from one side of the screen to the other that is no more than a couple of position keyframes changing the value of X with a little easing applied. The background is either a 2D layer parented to the source footage or the position is animated so it follows the other layer.
