I can't Import any files to AE Latest Version!!!

When I import files, it came out Error 86:1

Couldn't read from the source. Please check the setting?? every single files damaged/unsupported?
Please fix it! I need it urgent!

I'm very sorry to hear you aren't able to import footage. I believe this is a known issue with the latest After Effects update 17.0.5. Please take a look at this post: Unable to import H.264/H.265 files after updating to After Effects 17.0.5.

If this is the same issue you are experiencing, you can assist with the ongoing investigation by submitting your system specs. The team is currently looking to find what all the affected systems have in common as we're seeing many reports where footage cannot be imported, but haven't yet been able to recreate the failure on a system in-house.

Be sure too that your clips have some of these codecs.

Dropped support for QuickTime 7 era formats and codecs
