I can´t import videos to after effect. What should I do?

After Effects error. Could not read from the source. Please check settings and try again (86::1)

I have already tried to change the format of the video but stills not working. I hope you can help me.

If my answer above isn't your case, please tell us what kind of files After Effects tries to read, please give us detailed information. If you don't know how do it, you can use the MediaInfo application to get the complete information, in that case upload screenshots.
