i cant change the language after cc18

I install after effects cc18 and i cant change the lenguage to english. I hange the .application.xml but dont works.

Try to create an emplty TXT document (with wordpad in Windows or text edit in Mac) with the name ae_force_english.txt and copy it into the Users Documents Directory. Next time you launch AE will be in English.

Hello Kevin, in the end I solved it by going to the ATM folder after effects and changing the language.
