I'm beginner on after effect and I have a problem

I'm trying to do a very simple white board animation on After effect , make a drawing appear. I succeeded on my first 2 drawings but I don't know why, the third one doesn't work. The stroke of my brush disappears as soon as I want to determine the time needed to play the animation ... Help please. Thank you!
