I am having trouble trimming a huge ammount of clips then time remapping them in after effects,which will show the keyframes outside of the footage and stuff,and it has its own problems...
I am looking for a software that i can trim my footage their and quickly move them to after effects without worrying about exporting and stuff.

That entirely depends on the format(s) of the footage and even then you need to realize that it's many times simply impossible to hack around at the stream level to trim clips. You may not be able to avoid extra import/ export cycles, but of course tools other than what Adobe has on offer may do a better job, at least with some file types. In any case, a lot more info is required.
