I want my glitch animation to play both forward and backwards

Ok guys
I created this stretchy glitch animation
see image below:


I want to lengthen it and play the second half in reverse. Not so familiar with Ae so what do I do?
Between the first half and second half I want a pause of 2 seconds revealing the logo before stretching backwards again.

A step by step explanation will be greatly appreciated or a brief video clip showing the procedure to follow. The logo is driven by the brightness of the glitchy displace map comp (sorry spelled it wrong in the image and project)
