Try updating GPU drivers. 

Try updating to the last Ae version.

If not, try disabling display acceleration in Ae Preferences.

Welcome to the Community. I see that you are getting a preview issue with After Effects.

What are your system specifications? Does it have an Intel GPU? If so, try to roll back its driver.
