Is it possible to create this effect in After Affects??

I want to create this zoom in effect like this, zooming into a window while focusing on the main character 

If it is please tell me what its called or maybe link to a youtube video? I am currently watching zooming out of an eye but I really want to create this for a sims video thank you so much! I am still learning 🙂

Create the artwork, stack it in 3D, and push in with AE's 3D camera. It's not a zoom, it's a camera dolly.

If you want to use footage of something that is real, it's the same process. Just a bunch of layers stacked up. There is no effect or plug-in required other than possibly color correction. It's just layered footage and some of the layers have holes in them and a camera move.
