Is my composition lost ?

Hi guys .

i closed accidentely a compositon in after effects .is it lost forever ? is there a way to recover it ?

I passed too much time on it .

problem solved , i found a backup in my after effects autosave folder

Technically saying... If you closed your composition it won't removed from your project. You can always find it from project panel which is in the left side of after effects.. In case if you mean you deleted and closed out of project. Your only chance is to get autosave folder.
