Is the Dell XPS 15-7590 good enough for After Effects? Does it have a heating problem?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but currently, my 2017 Macbook 13 seems to be a bit on the weak side when it comes to After Effects. So I was thinking of switching to Windows in order to get a somehow capable laptop that I can afford. After some googling, I found this one:

-Core-i7 Quad Core

-32GB Ram

-1 TB SSD

-Nvidia GTX 1650

- Full HD

I would appreciate it if anyone has that model and can provide his experience with it.

PS: Most of my work is motion graphics in AE along with Illustrator and Photoshop being open at the same time.
