I was creating a video in After Effects, i guess i radomly hit a button that speeds up my playback speed. I can not find anything in key board shortcuts nor anyhwere on the internet on how to make it just play in real-time. Please help

You may have increased the frame rate accidently. If not, check the time stretch on the clip, should be at 100 for normal speed playback.

Open up the Preview Panel and make sure you can see all of the parameters. Reset the Frame Rate to Auto. That's the only thing that would control the playback speed.
