Last week, for no obvious reason, Adobe CC corrupted. I contacted Support through the web chat and in total they spent about 5 hours (probably recurred) fixing it and talking me through it. It absolutely sucked at the time and I had to reinstall everything, but the two operators who helped me were really patient and fixed the problem.
I did fill in the surveys, but still, wanted to do a shout-out thank you here.
