Lines with waterfall effect

How can I animate lines to look like a flowing waterfall motion in after effect?

Create a long strip in a pre-comp, animate the offset either conventionally or using effects like Motion Tile, then use that strip in your parent comp and bend it into place using Bezier Warp or similar effects.
