Media Encoder

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KTerEZHN9y3B8qFV1wX_nUcxy3CQ3Vl5/view?usp=sharing

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RNgjuImT4DBirnEwiLUKkietnbhF6zK1/view?usp=sharing

Due to translation I cannot fully follow your issue.

If one of the files in Google Drive is your source footage, this footage as an odd frame size of 976 to 680 pixels as well as an aspect ration of 1.435.

If you watch this video in full screen on an HD monitor, it will be blurry because of the low resolution.

You rather need a frame size of 1920x1080 and an aspect ratio of 1 to meet HD standard.

This looks like a screen recording, so check the recorder software and set it up correctly.

Otherwise, please give more details what your issue actual is, how you watch the movie to find it blurry, what you are aiming for and how your workflow was to this point.

There is a 720p and a 360p video. It looks like wrong comp or export settings in the workflow.

Can you please provide screenshots of composition settings an AE and your export settings in AME.

Check your recoder-settings:

I see a odd frame size of 976 to 680 pixels as well as an aspect ration of 1.435.

Depite that, your exported clip looks like the source footage. You can increase MBit/s to 12.
