Motion Tracking isn't creating points

Hello!

I'm trying to motion track footage from VALORANT (fps video game) and when I do the Track Motion it doesn't seem to pick up many points, and when I try to attach text or images to the points the position is very distorted and moves all around my screen, and it doesn't look tracked at all. Is there a solution to this? I have tried tracking using increased detail and not increased detail, so I'm lost.

In this case it would be better if you attach a video or a link to a video to see your procedure to make the Track Motion and the behavior of the same after you do it.
