Is this happening when opening After Effects itself, or only one specific project? If it's the latter, try opening AE only.

Tried trashing your preferences?

  1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) while the application is starting.
  2. A dialog box launches asking you if you want to delete your preferences file. Click OK.
  3. To also restore default keyboard shortcuts, Alt-click (Windows) or Option-click (Mac OS) the OK button.

If those don't do the trick, try uninstalling, then using the Adobe Cleaner Tool. You may have some corrupted files in your install that are part of what's kept by default during uninstall.

Hi ghorban5E7D,

Sorry for the issue with After Effects.

Are you still having the issue? Did any of Kyle's suggestion help? If not, please share the details that Kyle mentioned along with your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM).

We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Hi nishu

I still have same problem and Kyle's tricks doesn't work.

first I don't understand Kyle's first trick (Ctrl+Alt+Shift) due to my poor English.

but I try uninstalling AfterEffects from Control panel and also registry and also Adobe cleaner tool but it doesn't work.

I share my problems details in my first post and now I share my PC info:

CPU:

Intel Corei5 4460 @ 3.20GHz

RAM:

12 GB

GPU:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950

total available Graphics Memory: 8163 MB

Dedicated Video Memory: 2048 MB

recently, I install a plug-in named "Lumenzia" for Photoshop. Is it cause this problem occurred?

Thanks for sharing the details and trying the suggestions provided.

Kyle suggested resetting the preferences of After Effects by holding down the Ctrl+Alt+Shift and launching After Effects at the same time. It'll show a pop up to confirm if you want to reset the preferences. Click on Yes and see if that brings any change. If that doesn't work, try creating a new user account with admin right and try to launch After Effects in it.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Nishu
