My after effects is not working properly

Hello! My after effects has some problem it's ram preview is not working and CTI also not supporting when I click spacebar or click on preview… Even I write text on video and apply animation but not working also I play video but same problem

Also it's not showing seconds in timeline and but showing frames and key frames are also not working even video render…

Without any actual system info and details about your project, preview settings and so on this isn't going anywhere. Blurry phone camera shots are not really helpful nor is there anything actually recognizable - you haven't even revealed the relevant properties that allegedly are animated.
