need a package to render after effect on live

Hi all,
I need to create a video editor where users can upload videos and texts & it should get rendered on live, i tried several ways, to work with this it requires after effect to be installed. 
Instead of installing isn't there a package which can be used on live, I did some R&D, but I didn't find a proper solution, 

Can someone help with these,

Adobe does not have a live production solution. Try Black Magic Design and be prepared to spend some $$$. It takes some serious horsepower to go live unless you use something simple like a mobile app to do very basic things.
