need help installing ae cc 2018

i deleted a folder out of fustration trying to install plugins and online there were no real helpfull way to do so. so i then go back to ae and non of my projects would open bc a folder libriary was missing so i thought to re install it and so i go to uninstall and now i cant find the version i was useing any help?

Have you already tried to use Adobe Cleaner Tool to delete all and reinstall AE from scratch?
