Need help with effect's direction.

So I've added a new solid to my comp, added effects (CC Star Burst) and edited to my liking, but I want to change the direction of the effect. Instead of going straight and forward, I want to change the direction of the effect to curved and sideways. You may use the series' credits of "Violet Evergarden" from Netflix where the stars blur while rotating.

That effect don't have that ability. To do what you need you have to use other effect like any of Particle generating f.eg. Particle Playground, Particcle World, Particle Systems or paid for most advanced particle generator Trapcode Particular form Red Giant.
