How do i get 2 views from two different views that I can have for the dual monitor? 1 preview and 1 for editor?? can some one help me??

If you open preferences (Alt/Option + Ctrl/CMnd + 😉 and check Video Preview you have to enable acceleration (Mercury Transmit on a Mac ??? on windows) and then select the monitor you want to use for preview. If the monitor doesn't show up the problem is in your system preferences for displays.
