No plug ins folder / After affects 2020

I can not locate the plug in's folder for After Affects 2020. The 3 folders i have are as shown

- User Libraries

- User Presets

- Video Libraries

Everything is located in User Presets beside's plug ins. I suspected that the folders might be hidden by default on windows, i've gone into my settings and made all hidden folders and files visisble and still nothing, i can not find plug in's. I'm new to adobe and wondering am i missing something? do i have to download something? i thought plug in's should naturally be there in somewhere but ive looked everywhere. Please help
