I'm using Adobe After Effects 2020
And in Edit>Preferences>Previews there is so Ray-tracing option
and it isn't using my GPU
so what should I do?

Raytrace 3D has been removed from CC 2020. The 2019 version was the last one to use it. You have to use the Cinem 4D renderer or resort to third-party plug-ins like Element 3D for 3D-ish stuff.

Not using the GPU for what? You have to be a lot more specific. That aside it seems you have a fundamental misunderstanding here. Even if it works, GPU-acceleration in AE is severely limited and the program will revert to software-only modes many times due to specific combinations of effects and features. Whatever you may be doing may simply not benefit at all from hardware acceleration, no matter what.
