Odd viewport artifacts when at 50%, but not at 100% zoom.

You will notice two strange things happening.

First on the logo, there is strange white dots and lines all in the black lettering. But once I zoom to 100% those go away.

Second example, on those strokes, when zoom is 50% there is a blue outline around the strokes. But at 100% those blue outlines disapear.

Why is this? Is it because my workspace is linear? Changing my bit depth from 32 to 16 to 8 does not fix the issue.

As you can imagine it is difficult to work with those blue outlines.
