Hello all - I'm having problems with an AE project. I created it in 15.1.1 and need to make some modifications to the file. I'm fairly new to AE so may not know correct terminology
I have had the problem in 17.0.6 and 16.1.3, both of which are installed on my machine. Mac os 10.13.6 on a MPB 15" 2017
The project contains some TIFF files, an MP3 and a WAV. I open the file and get the message that it needs to be converted to the latest version. So far so good, it opens and I can save it. I can open the saved file with no problem. The WAV is on the timeline where I placed it
I then add a new WAV file, again I can open and save the file. Place the new WAV on the timeline, all is ok. The old WAV and new WAV are on the timeline, as I want it
At some point, after saving and closing, the file opens with the Overflow converting ratio denominators (17 :: 18) error. The project will still open, but all audio files are gone from the timeline. They still show up in the project library, and still play when I preview the project. When I tried to delete the files from the library AE crashes, details below

I managed to replicate the problem by opening and closing the comp where I placed the new WAV
