Hello. I would like to create particles to the rhythm of the music like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQTzlGLvCAU&list=PLMhjWgFrJFHqqBuOM7pf5NmLsutYJr32x&index=27&t=0s anyone knows how I could get this effect? I already have particles, I don't know how to make them move to the rhythm of the music. I am beginner.

What particle system do you have? You have a choice. You can animate the velocity of the particles, you can animate the position or size of the emitter, you can set the particles to move at a constant rate and animate time remapping to speed up or slow down the particles. The most efficient technique depends entirely on the look you want.

If you want to use CC particle world try setting the gravity to zero and the Particle to Lens fade, pre-compose, add your audio track and use the Keyframe Assistant to convert the audio to keyframes, then apply Time Remapping to the pre-comp and add this expression from Dan Ebberts:

spd = thisComp.layer("Audio Amplitude").effect("Both Channels")("Slider");
mult = .5;
n = spd.numKeys;
if (n > 0 && spd.key(1).time < time){
  accum = spd.key(1).value*(spd.key(1).time - inPoint);
  for (i = 2; i <= n; i++){
    if (spd.key(i).time > time) break;
    k1 = spd.key(i-1);
    k2 = spd.key(i);
    accum += (k1.value + k2.value)*(k2.time - k1.time)/2;
  }
  accum += (spd.value + spd.key(i-1).value)*(time - spd.key(i-1).time)/2;
}else{
  accum = spd.value*(time - inPoint);
}
value + accum*mult

Find more info on the expression here.
