When i import the ai vector file to after effect it's look like pixelated , I shared the video of the problem

There are a lot of answers regarding this in the forums. Your magnification level in the comp windows is at 3200%. It is not the same scaling layers with the rasterization active that maintain the "quality" of your vector layers when using a value above the native layer scale than zooming into your comp. You will always get pixelated elements if your zoom level is above 100%

Jose has the answer. You should spend some time with the User Guide so you can understand how the Composition Panel works.
