Plugin ReelSteady will only work with After Effects 2017 ?

Hello,

so the actual Plugin ReelSteady will only work with After Effects 2017 (and older) as the developer is mentioning. Is there any chance of getting such an old Version. I can't find a Download for this. 
Or (the better solution) - is there any chance of getting the plugin working with an actual Version of After Effects? The developer on this website talks about a "bug" in newer versions. 
I don't think, that this developer is a small unimportant one - because gopro seems to have bought the whole company.

IMHO Warp Stabilizer works better than ReelSteady. 

Only two versions of AE are available on Creative Cloud. I'm not sure you can download earlier legal versions anywhere. I would contact Adobe support.
