a pop up keeps opening and closing when Ae (trial version) is opened.

when closed, application quits.

please help me with this situation.

Some folks might not be too keen on downloading a file to their computers. Why don't you just tell us what the pop up says?

Try signing out from the Creative Cloud desktop app sign back in and see if that brings any change.

An re downloading Ae from the web,
