Presets are missing (After Effects 2020)

Hi!

I re-installed After Effects 2020 because I got a student license.  After Installing AE, I put all my presets in my preset folder, just like i did it with my private license. But they are not showing in ae. Even if i type the name for the preset, they are completely gone. I also saved an animation preset to test if the folder would show up then but they don't. ('show presets' & 'show animation presets' is all enabled and i refrested the list too)

I changed nothing. I save my presets in the right folder (boot C> Programms> Adobe> Adobe After effects 2020>support files> presets). I've been waiting for a few weeks now but nothing happened.

Check the permissions on the folders and files. If you "moved" them from another computer and the user accounts aren't synchronised it's possible you inherited wrong user privileges and file permissions and the files technically don't belong to anyone and are not accessible. A right-click --> Properties --> Security --> Advanced is your friend.

Unfortunately that didn't help...I have full access to all folders. (Also I still use the same Device)

Any other ideas maybe?
