Preview crash using the new Nvidia 3080 / R3D files

Hi ! 
Since i updated my graphic Card to a MSI gf 3080, I've got a lot of problem in my viewer, using R3D files it give me this typical CG bug render : 

or

-H264 or Mov are OK.
- the project worked fine with my previous CG (MSI 1070)
- I updated the R3D drivers / Nvidia Drivers (studio and gaming versions ...), reinstall AFX, try different versions...

-Sometimes an Effect crash because it ran out of GPU Ram or something related to the CG which can obviously handle those kind of effect considering my previous CG 10times slower worked fine.

Am I desperate to wait for fix from Adobe ? Nvidia ? Am I buying licenses and Hardware just to be stuck in this situation ? :'(
