When I am previewing my video in After Effects it is pixelated and blurry but when I pause it, the video starts looking good again when its not moving but when I hit play it goes back to looking horrible. Please help.
And what are the actual preview settings? What previewing method? could easily be that the preview is actualyl set to half res or AE downgrades the realtime preview due to inadequate hardware. That's just how this stuff works. You have to take xcare of your settings and if there are technical issues with hardware acceleration, you need to straighten them out.
