problem with playback in after effects

hello, 

i have a very good windows laptop for editing and video graphics projects,

i was working in after affects smoothly for long time, until recently i started having problems with playbacks! 

before even editing anything, i only drop the video i want to work on when i hit spacebar for a playback it starts lagging and looping and i can't stop it at all i need to shut down the whole software! 

i'm very upset i can't get my work done anymore what's the solution?!

Not being able to stop the preview is a known issue. The product team is working on a fix.
