Problem with rectangle tool.

So, I added a text and then tried adding a rectangle shape but when I did the text/the rectangle followed each other and I don't know what to do to fix this.

Hello, I cannot enable/disable hardware-acceleration on my pc. My drivers are updated and my preferences are normal.

This looks like an AE Preferences issue - your AE Prefs are corrupted and needs to be trashed.
