Problem with red giant Trapcode plugin

New Here ,
Sep 10, 2020 Sep 10, 2020

Hi everyone,

I try to learn to use Red Giant trapcode, i've the last 15.1.8 with last after effect CC version, but when i try to launch for exemple Trapcode form on layer, i've this message : cannot run script at line 7. undefined is not an object.

If i try Particular, is the same but in line 8....

When i click OK, i've trapcode designer's windows open, but i haven't preview... can't manipulate form, particule...

I search on google, reddit, adobe... but i don't find any solution...

I've remove, clean and fresh re-install of plugins and AE, same thing...

Someone have an idea ?

Without any system information and other details we can't realyl tell you much. That simply sounds liek the auxilairy processes for the plug-ins like the license manager get blocked on your system.
