Puppet Pin Tool not working

Hi All,

I applied some puppet pin on a converted shape ai image as usual and render it. The rendering process is a success but the video of generated .mov file is in static. The puppet is not moving. This issue has been struggling for a long period and I have tried different solutions but still failed. Appreciate any experts can help.

This is pretty useless without screenshots of the actual pins and mesh or info on specific settings. Sorry, but you need to be much more specific.

Deselect all layers and press UU, make a screenshot and upload to try to see what is happening.
