I tried using the puppet tool to create bones for Duik but a message comes up with 'Autotracing' and then it counts the time up endlessley and is stuck at 50% and nothing happens. It used to create a pin instantly, did something change? I'm using AI files for animation.
Without any specific info about your artwork, your system, your comp and the puppet settings nobody can tell you much. As a start, try switching the mesh type to the legacy algorithm and see if it makes any difference.
