I'm using the Quadro 6000.
Nvidia provides v.377.83 drivers for this model. (Released on 18.1.2018)
However, using Adobe After Effect v17.0.4, requires 430.86, or later.
Is there any other way except buying a new graphics card?

or using lower version AE?

Here is report

I fail to see the issue. Just because NVidia are not officially listing it as certified, doesn't mean it wouldn't work. It may just not provide access to some advanced options or disable them. You have a misunderstanding here.
