Hello i just noticed that Ray Traced 3D Depreacted isn't an option in after effects. I'm using The Rtx 2080 TI which supports Ray Tracing. I'm using the latest Nvidia Studio Driver should i use the game driver instead? I don't think that will make a difference. Also i added it to the raytracer_supported_cards.txt file

and it still doesn't work. Mercury Playback Cuda is an option in project settings. But Ray Tracing 3D Deprecated isn't. If anyone knows the solution to this problem please let me know thanks

There is nothing wrong. Your card simply isn't supported because it is too modern. NVidia RTX is completely unrelated to the legacy CUDA-based Raytrace 3D, anyway. You have a misunderstanding here. This will never work.

You don't. That's the whole point. You have to use the Ciname 4D comp renderer, even if it is limited in its own way, or 3D-ish plug-ins like Element 3D or the various Boris Continuum 3D effects.

How is it that my old GTX 1080 TI had it supported and it doesn't work for the RTX 2080 Ti? Are they going to fix this issue? Cinema 4D isn't the same as Ray Tracing just so you know. However as of right now i don't need either of those features but in the future i would like to use Ray Tracing since i was so used of it. Is there a fix for this by downloading a plugin or modifying the files or something? If you know please let me know thanks

No, NVIDIA changed the entire architecture of their CUDA cards and Adobe dropped support because CUDA accelerated Ray-traced rendering never worked that well and it could not be ported to the Adobe Media Encoder. There are a lot better options if you want to create reflections, extrude or bend layers.
