Hey guys,

 

so im making a video, and trying to make a remote digital broadcast effect loop

(e.g the moving lines)

How can i make it so that these lines are constantly moving down all the way through the video, without resetting?

I have no idea what you mean since you haven't included a reference, so I can only assume you are refering to some scanline misalignement artifact or a classic TV interference, for both of which you can find enough tutorials by just typing the words into a web search.

Could use that, but looking more towards background interference, where the actual display visuals are still visible, but distorted, you know?
