Do you know if its possible to import and attach a 3d model From Rhino to put in a video with After Effect or Premier?

I have not tried it but you should be able to save an OBJ file from Rino 3D and load it into C4D Lite. AE is NOT  3D APP but it does support OBJ files through C4D Lite.

Rick is correct. You need to convert the file to something that can be imported into other programs and take it from there. The Rhino file format is proprietary, anyway, and cannot be used in other programs unless they have dedicated import plug-ins liek the ones for Maya and MAX.
